Currency of Processing
All transactions will be processed in Canadian Dollars.



Return Policy

If you have received a defective product, an incorrect size, or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately for a return authorization number so that we can quickly process your return. All items must be returned in ‘as sold’ condition, unworn and in original packaging with all tags still attached. 

Items can only be returned or exchanged within 21 days of customers receipt of the product. 

Accessories cannot be returned.

Clearance items cannot be returned and can only be exchanged (pending stock availability).

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

North Star Rugby will inspect all returns and exchanges and reserves the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the condition the item was returned in.

If a refund is required, the buyer will be refunded the amount he/she paid for the product.

Processing a return or exchange may take up to 15 business days (pending stock availability).


How to Make a Return

Review the above criteria and make sure the items are eligible for a return.

Contact us at 604.765.1400 or emma@northstarrugby.com for a return authorization number.

Package up the item(s) with a copy of your invoice and a note explaining the reason for return, and if you would like to exchange the item(s) or return for a refund.

Send the package back to us, and take note of your tracking number.

When we have received the items, we will email you when your return/exchange is processed and completed.


Faulty Goods

We try to ensure that all goods are the highest quality. If you receive a faulty item, return it to North Star Rugby, Sales Department, PO Box 93049, Caulfeild Village RPO, West Vancouver, BC, Canada, V7W 3G4.

We recommend you get a proof of postage for all returned goods – we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that do not reach us.


Important Shipping Information

All orders will be sent using trackable services such as FedEx and Canada Post.

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing your order. After this time, your order will be shipped via your selected shipping method. Please see below chart for shipping and transit times.

Deliveries may require a signature, so please select a delivery address where you will be available.

International orders will incur additional shipping charges.

Most orders ship within 24 hours after processing (Excluding holidays and weekends).

We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are shipped.

North Star Rugby will do all that is can to ensure a timely delivery of your order. However, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control (severe weather and service interruptions).


Shipping Restrictions

Please note, any orders shipped via FedEx, cannot be addressed to a PO Box, they will require a street address.

Restrictions may apply to bulky, long or oversize items.
